This is not a photo of this weekend but I made this few days earlier. Thought it would be a great brunch dish for Easter weekend because it's something to do with eggs.. Though we don't celebrate Easter normally because we're not religious..
「クロック・マダムブランチ」今週末はイースターホリデー。これは数日前のブランチだが、卵なのでイースターっぽいかな？と思った。復活祭は本来はその前に軽い断食するものらしい。
