Pork curry



This is thin sliced pork with courgette cooked with curry spice.  I had a very good chicken stock that day, I used it for the base.  Because I didn't use ready-made curry cubes,  I needed to use some stock for the base of the curry.  Thin sliced beef would also worked very well with this.

「ポークカレー」濃く出た鶏の出汁があったので、それをベースに豚の薄切りとコジットを炒めてカレーを作った。調合カレー粉加えただけのさらっとしたカレー。豚に鶏のだしでも違和感がない。15分くらいで出来たがとてもいい組み合わせだった。
