Pancake brunch

I made pancake to enjoy my home made confiture. I used to have them very often in the cafeteria of my college.  I with I had maple syrup with!

「パンケーキブランチ」自作のジャムを使おうと思いパンケーキを焼いた。パンケーキはアメリカの料理だと思う。が、アメリカのパンケーキは少しモソモソした感じ。日本のホットケーキは逆にすごくモチモチしている。これはそれらの中間な感じ。バターをたっぷりひいて鉄のフライパンで焼いた。
