Roasted chicken legs

When I make roasted chicken, we have the breast first then leave the legs for the next day.  This is mostly I cook the brest mainly, legs are not cooked enough.  In order to archive a perfect cooking of the breast, legs are always not cooked well.  If you cook the whole chicken completely, breast becomes dry and hard.

I usually serve the breast first then put back the rest in the oven.  This way is really the best to eat the roasted chicken.  This is the second day of the legs.  I put the legs togher with bones, tomatoes and beans and add some water to the tray to cook the legs until becomes tender.
