Souffle au casserole

 I made souffle like omelet in a casserole because I had a lot of egg white left.  I didn't have a right balace of egg white and yolk so it's not exactly a souffle but it was good.  The photo is take after the souffle fell so it really look like just an omelet..

「キャセロールスフレ」卵の白身がたくさんあったのでスフレにした。黄身と白身のバランスが悪いので、正確にはスフレではないが、それらしきもの。ハムとチーズ入り。フワッと上がったが食べる時にはしぼんでしまったので、普通のオムレツのようになった。コーンサラダとの相性が良かった。
