Steak et Gatin de chou fleur

I wanted to serve the steak with a gratin of cauliflower on the same plate though my gratin was too liquid, I ended up serving them in separate iron pans.  I love the gratin of cauliflower... I have less guilt to eat them plenty than gratin of potatoes.

「ステーキとカリフラワーのグラタン」これは好きな組み合わせ。トロトロのグラタンとステーキを一緒に鉄皿にのせるつもりだったが、グラタンがゆるくてステーキに流れそうだったので分けることにした。カリフラワーのグラタンはじゃがいもより罪悪感が少なく
たっぷり食べられる気がする。。
