We wanted to have lunch at Aux Amis in Marunouchi but it was under construction, unfortunately. So we had a Gallet lunch at Robuchon cafe. This Gallet was absolutely delicious. I even thought it's better than Bretagne in Aoyama which I've always referred to good Gallet.
「ロブションブティック・丸の内」オザミでランチをしようと思って行ったが、工事中で閉まっていたので、ロブションブティックでガレットを頂いた。このガレットが驚くほど美味しかった。大ぶりで具沢山で中のチーズの質もいい。生地がパリッとしていてとても美味しかった。
ガレットはスキルがとても難しく、フランスでもなかなか美味しいガレットに巡り会わないが、さすが日本はクオリティーが高いと思う。いつも青山か神楽坂の「ブルターニュ」に行っていたが、ここもかなりいい。ゆっくりできる店ではないが、サクッとランチするのにはおすすめ。
