French dinner


"Three types of Pinchos"

"Konbu marinatd sea bass"


"Almaviva, Baron Philippe de Rothschild"

"Roti de boeuf"

"Eclair et Chou a la creme"

My brother brought us an expremely expensive wine for us to dine together I made a course of French dishes.  I also made a soup of Edamame and potato pure for the meat.  The wine was fully bodied and very rich.  The beef was overcooked as my perspective but everyone prefered this way.
