Prawn mee

Prawn mee is one of the popular noodle dish in Singapore.  I tried ready made prawn mee soup for this dish.  It had a very strong shrimp flavor.  Because of the smell of Belacan, I've found it too strong for me..  I should try to make the broth from scratch.

「プラウン・ミー」シンガポールではよくあるエビの出汁の麺。中華系とマレー系の融合の料理だと思う。今回は作ってあるスープを使ってみた。が、海老の味が濃すぎてあまり好きではなかった。エビというか、ベラカン（エビのアミを固めて作ったもの）の匂いが私には少しきつかった。次回はエビの殻で自分でスープをとってみようと思う。
