Champuru is a dish of Okinawa. I'm not very familier with this dish to be honest but I assume this is similar to the original dish. Though I've found the similar dish in Singaporean local food shop as well..
「素麺チャンプルー」沖縄の料理なのであまり良く分からない料理だけどこんな感じかな？と思って作ってみた。そういえば、うちの近所の中華系の屋台料理にも素麺チャンプルーに似た料理がある。
