Yakisoba

Japanese style of fried noodles "Yakisoba" is one of the dish I liked when I was young.  I haven't made this for a long time and I've forgotten about how it tastes..

「焼きソバ」久しぶりに作った日本の焼きそば。長く作っていなかったからか、こんな味だったっけ？と思った。シンガポールの地元料理には焼きそばのような料理は色々あるので、こっちの味に慣れてしまったからか、日本のソース味はコクがない感じがする。
