Yakiniku salad

Yakiniku means BBQ beef in general in Japanese.  This is sauteed of thin-sliced pork with vegetable.  The dressing is a mix of vinegar, sugar, soya sauce and sesame oil.

「焼き肉サラダ」豚の薄切り肉を使った焼き肉と野菜のサラダ。ドレッシングは酢、砂糖、醤油とごま油。
