Moyashi with sesame sauce

Bean spout is one of the most inexpensive and popular vegetable in Japan.  This is saute of bean spouts with Chinese sesame sauce.

「もやしの胡麻スープかけ」しゃぶしゃぶのゴマだれではなく、担々麺のゴマスープの味。小鍋に中華スープを濃く作り、練り胡麻を溶かす。さっと炒めたもやしに熱いスープをかけて頂く。
