Chicken salad

This is one of my typical dish I make after roasted chicken.  I also like chicken stock risotto cooked with the bones of chicken.

「チキンサラダ」ロースト料理の残りで作ったサラダ。ガラは出汁をとるので一羽で料理すると汎用性が高い。
