Gateau chocolat

This is a type of gateau chocolat with almond powder.  I don't like the cake it's too rich so I adjust the recipe from a famous chef's.

「ガトーショコラ」これはアーモンドパウダー入りのガトーショコラ。普通のものより若干リッチ。ただ、私はあまり濃厚なガトーショコラも好みではないので有名シェフのレシピから調節している。
