Roasted Chicken

This is one of the simplest plates I made during my 14 days quarantine.  Chicken in Singapore is still very fresh and tasty.

「ローストチキン」これも検閲中の料理。シンガポールの鶏はフレッシュで美味しい。塩を強めにしてオーブンでローストするのが一番美味しいかもしれない。
