They held a street food table for this occasion!  It was a fun night to have beer and yakitori outside.

「ビアガーデン」この日は水前寺公園の参道にビアガーデンが出来ていた。テーブルも用意してあってとてもよかった。日本の夏の終わりの風流を感じて幸せな夕べだった。

Janes Residence opening festival

 

We had a lovely opening ceremony for the reconstruction of Janes's residence in the park after the Kumamoto earthquake damage.  The light up the river along the park of Suizenji the decoration was very special and gave me a good memory of the end of summer.

「ジェーンズ邸祭り」ジェーンズ邸のオープニングを記念して水前寺でお祭りがあった。ジェーンす邸も無料公開になっていたので初めて中に入ってみた。様々な資料があり、熊本の洋学校の歴史などが書いてあり新しい発見があった。

川に竹で作った灯りをが飾ってあってとても綺麗だった。かなり手間と時間をかけられて準備された事だろうと思う。夏の終わりにとても良い思い出ができた。
