I made lots of bread for the brunch with a couple friend.  I love baking from early in the morning... sometimes..  Brioche and the pizza had prepared the dough from a night before so it was not difficult.

「ブランチパーティー」お友達夫妻をお招きしたブランチ。ブリオッシュ、ツォップ、ピザなど朝からパン屋のごとく形成して焼いた。ブリオッシュとピザは前の晩から生地を仕込む事ができる。パテは１日前に作っておいたもの。デザートは季節感のあるものにしたかったが、夫のリクエストでムースオショコラ。

Summer Japanese Table

I hosted a dinner for my friend Franco Japoonaise couple with Japanese dinner.  I like to style my table in very simple and lean coordination.  Flowers decides an ambience of the table.  This time I arranged the flowers of cooler Japanese summer impression.

I made this decoration of table with Hong Kong table linen.  These types of table linen set is sold at one shop in Stanley market and they are very reasonable and they're very popular for tourist.

Christmas table decoration - casual lunch style

This is my suggestion of Christmas table settings.  I like simple style so I don't decorate excessively.  I tried modern style last year, I made it more casual for lunch table this time.

「クリスマステーブルデコレーション・カジュアルランチスタイル」１２月には忙しくなるので、今年は早々とクリスマス支度。実はマーケットのお花なは、クリスマス本番になると現在より３倍ほど値が上がり、とても混雑しているので今楽しむ方が合理的。今回は簡単で軽い感じのランチスタイル。

This is one of my suggestion of decorating table for the Christmas this year.  I don't have much theory but I like to keep the table simple and chic.  I hardly use a full table clothe because I really like wooden surface of our table.

私はテーブルデコレーションにおいては、シンプルでシックなスタイルを目指している。テーブルクロスはお手入れが面倒なので使わない。お花は香りの少ないもので、コンパクトに。そしてごちゃごちゃと物を置かないようにしている。

Her Table decor

I love the table decoration of my mother in law.  It's natural and chic.  Those plates and the table clothes match perfectly to the old house.  She doesn't do too much but just right with the natural arrangement of flowers from her garden.

義母のテーブルデコレーションはとても自然でシック。いつもそれほど時間を掛けずにささっと素敵なアレンジをしている。花柄のお皿とテーブルクロスが南仏の古い家に良く合う。
