Vinaigrette Soja!

 

I've always thought that many french families make their own vinaigrette at home simply with vinegar and olive oil so I always thought fewer people buy already-made vinaigrette.  Thought for the first time I'd found that vinaigrette with soya sauce!  That's like Japanese-style dressing from Maille.

「和風ドレッシング」今回スーパーで初めてマイユから醤油ベースのドレッシングを発見した！フランス人はあまりドレッシングを買わない。各家でヴィネガーとオリーブオイルで自作するのが定番で家庭でそれぞれの味がある。

それ故にフランスでヴィネグレット（ドレッシングの事）を買った事がないのだが、今回醤油ベースの胡麻ドレッシングみたいな日本っぽいものを発見した。売れているのだろうか？結構美味しそうだ。
