This is minced sardine with Japanese spring onion and minced ginger and deep fried in oil. Since sardine was frozen before I put some curry powder on top. If you like this type of fish it's a great aperitif with beer in summer.
「イワシ団子カレー風味」冷凍のイワシをフードプロセッサーで挽いて小さな揚げ物にした。中に小ねぎとショウガをたっぷり入れた。最後にカレー粉を少し振りかける。ビールにぴったりの夏のおつまみ。
