Chimoto

Chimoto is one of the most famous Ryotei but it also has a casual and small restaurant next to it. The lunch is casual but it was just perfect.

「ちもと・彩席」川床料理で有名な料亭の姉妹店でお弁当を頂いた。とても丁寧なお料理で感動した。日本料理に勤めているとその構成、味、色など深く分かるようになった。その意味でも名店のお料理は流石なのだ。京都でしか頂けないものがあって本当に来た甲斐があった。
