Ninnaji - Kyoto

I went to Kyoto to see Sakura.  Though this year's bloom time was much earlier than normal 6 to 8th April trip was nearly the end of the Sakura season there.  It's difficult to make reservations for Kyoto trips, especially in this season so I reserved this trip more than 6 months in advance.

However, I was very happy to see varieties of Sakura there.  Ninaji is famous for Omuro Sakura.

「仁和寺・京都」桜を見に京都へ行ってきた。４月６〜８日の旅行は半年前から予定していたのだが、今年は桜が早く、もう終わりの時期だった。ソメイヨシノは終わりだったが、しだれ桜や目的の御室桜はまだ咲いていて最高の旅行にだった。
