Joy of summer - Shichirin BBQ

It was the thing of our family this summer to grill anything in Shichirin BBQ in the garden.  We usually do regular BBQ with larger scale but this is very easy to fire the charcoals.

「七輪焼き」今年の実家での流行で、暇さえあれば七輪焼きをしていた。少しの手間で美味しい炭火焼が楽しめるのでハマってしまった。赤牛、焼き鳥、ソーセージや玉ねぎを焼いた。秋には秋刀魚もいいだろう。
