Shrimp & Mushroom ajillo
Ajillo is a Spanish dish of shrimps or mushrooms cooked with garlic in olive oil. I cooked this with shrimp heads so the oil became or tasty.
「エビとマッシュルームのアヒージョ」オイル煮にするときに海老の頭も一緒に煮たので旨味が出て美味しかった。海老は皮をむいたものでないと食べにくいので、むいた海老と頭を入れて作っている。バケットと一緒にいただく。
