Summer fish dishes

"Butter with soya sauce brushed Chinu snapper grill"

Some fish are very significant in the summer seasons like Sazae and Chinu snapper.  I've found it very good to grill with melted butter with soya sauce on the top.

「夏の魚料理」最近のヒットはチヌをバター醤油で焼いたもの。焦げやすいので注意しながら皮目がカリッとするまで焼く。イワシを梅肉で巻いたものをオリーブオイルで焼いたものはピンチョス風に仕上げた。
