Birthday Dinner


"Carpaccio of flounder"

"White Asparagus with mayonnaise sauce"

"Lamb saute"

"Japanese spring vegetables"

"Potato gratin"

It was my father's birthday so I made light French dishes for family dinner.  My dishes were all simple but the wine was great.  Chateau Talbot 2007 was one of the best wine I had.
