Creme caramel

Creme caramel is one of my favorite dessert.  I usually make French way but also like Japanese portion of light recipe.

「プリン」フランスで習った卵の黄身が多い濃厚なレシピも好きだが、昭和の卵プリンのようなさっぱりしたのも好きだ。
