Reikyo - Kumamoto

「タイピーエン」

This is one of my favourite Chinese restaurant in Kumamoto though it has been closed after the earthquake in April last year for the damage of the building.  The restaurant has reopened recently finally.  I was very happy with their opening.  There are many shops and restaurants had closed because of the earthquake last year...

「麗卿・熊本」私の好きな地元の中華料理店だが、昨年の熊本地震でしばらく閉店していた。最近再び開店したのでとても嬉しい。丁寧な料理でとても美味しい。熊本では被災した事で閉店したお店が結構ある。店主の年齢などで再開を断念する方も多い。

ここの太平燕はとても豪華。エビ、イカ、タコなど海鮮も野菜もたっぷり入っている。スープは少しこってり。点心は手作り分かる優しい味。
