Pain de mie




I made a lot of bread last year.  I still don't have the baking box so I've being making bread in pond cake mold that leaves one bread size so I made sugar butter coupe bread.  It takes time to bake bread at home but the taste is completely different from made breads from shops.  I don't do it everyday but it's super delicious.

「パンドミ」去年は結構パンを焼いた。パン焼きの箱を買っていないので、パウンドケーキ型で食パンを焼いている。パン一個分の生地が入らないので、いつも食パンとバターコッペを一緒に焼くようになった。

自家製の食パンは既成のパンとは格別に美味しい。パンは出来立てが一番美味しいし、良い牛乳とバターを使うので香りが違う。
