Quatre-Quarts aux Pommes
This is similar to Tarte Tatin but with sponge cake calls "Pate Battue-Poussee"
基本材料の四つが全て同割りで作られることからこの名前だそう。要するにパウンドケーキの底にりんごのキャラメリゼを敷いたもの。
