Veau a la creme champignons

My husband loves veal so I made a simple veal dish for an occasion.  It's very simple yet the veal makes it special for this dish.  Potatoes were new potatoes from France, it was wonderful combination together with rich creamy sauce.

「子牛のきのこクリームソース」夫は子牛が大好きなので、機会があれば作るようにしている。香港では簡単に見つかるが、シンガポールではあまり見かけないのが残念だ。子牛の肉はやっぱり繊細で美味しい。クリームソースとの相性がバッチリだ。フランス産の新ジャガを合わせたが、濃厚なソースをとても美味しく頂けた。
