I made this in the month of December for the tea room where I provide cakes for.  December is the season of peer called "la France".

１２月のタルト。コッツウォルズ様にラ・フランスの時期にご提供したタルト。ラ・フランスはジューシーで香りも良い。水分が多いので一度ポシェしてタルトに。
