I had to go to work from early morning that day till noon then I took my husband to the best Kumamoto ramen. Kumamoto ramen is famous for its rich pork bone broth. There are many shops but recently I prefer this shop called "Tengaiten" at Kumamoto station.
「天外天」熊本はコッテリ豚骨ラーメンの本場。近年では香港、シンガポール、NYやロンドンでも豚骨ラーメンが人気になって多くのラーメン屋が出来た。シンガポールでも時々ラーメンを食べている彼は熊本に来たら一回はラーメンを食べたいとのリクエスト。
私自身はあまりラーメンはそれほど好きでもないのだが、ここは良いかなと思っている。麺が細麺なので少し博多よりの熊本ラーメン。この日は早朝から仕事に行って昼に終わらせて、この店に連れて行った。ラーメンは良いが餃子はお勧めしない。
