Kanikama to Takuwan no aemono


This is fake crab meat with thin sliced Japanese Daikon pickles tossed in mayonnaise sauce.  If you don't have the pickles, you can just add julienne of cucumber.  I added Tobiko fish roes as well.  I happened to have them in my fridge but Tobiko can bring interesting crunchy texture.

「カニかまとたくわんの和え物」これは、たくわんの細切り、カニかまを裂いたもの、キュウリの塩もみをマヨネーズと寿司酢で和えたもの。手巻き寿司をした翌日の食材でこんなおつまみを作ってみた。たくわんの歯ごたえがコリコリと楽しい。しっかり冷やして冷酒と一緒に頂きたい。
