"Shioshake" means salted and half dried salmon. Something that Japanese eat with rice very often. I made soba noodle with salmon on topping. This is very unusual combination as Japanese cuisine but I think this is not bad. Especially when it's very hot and humid, cold soba noodle is perfect. It's very easy to make and with salmon and boiled spinach. This is a complete meal of protein, fiver and carbohydrates.
「塩シャケと蕎」日本の方には「はぁー?こんなのあり?」と言われそうな、ずぼら料理。しかしこれはものすごく蒸し暑く料理が鬱陶しい時、スポーツの後やダイエットににおすすめな一品。ほうれん草を茹でて、蕎だしを上からかければ、お浸しも一緒に頂ける。シャケに塩分があるので、蕎だしの量を調整しよう。
