Salt chicken" tossed with Ume dressing. Ume is traditional Japanese sour plum pickles. Ume is extremely sour but we often eat it with rice. It also good to eat when you're tired or feel week in hot and humid weather. I mixed chopped Ume with olive oil.

塩鶏」を削ぎ切りして蒸したものと茹でたジャガイモをたたいた梅干しとオリーブオイルで和えたも。蒸し暑い時にはやっぱり梅干しが食べたくなる。タンパク質も炭水化物も一緒にとれる簡単なサラダ。梅ぼしは塩分が高いので塩鶏の味は薄めにして酒で漬け込む程度の方がよいと思う。砂糖を少し多めにすると梅の酸味が緩和される。
