Gateau au chocolat et framboises

It was our first Christmas spending in Singapore this year.  I didn't have much time to prepare the full dinner in the new kitchen so I only did a simple dinner this year.  It feels very different to cook in different countries.  I didn't have a chance to prepare Christmas flowers so I created a tower with local fruits.  Gateau chocolate was a great success even I didn't weigh the ingredients.

今年のクリスマスはシンガポールで迎えた。あまり準備する時間が無かったので、今年はとてもシンプルな料理をした。クリスマス用のお花も買う事が出来なかったので、フルーツタワーを盛った。ガトーショコラは目方も計らずに作ったが今までで一番よく出来た気がした。
