Capellini pomodoro
Capellini is very thin pasta so I think the simple seasoning is better. I cooked cherry tomatoes with garlic in olive oil then tossed with pasta.
「カペリーニ・ポモドーロ」カペリーニは素麺のように細いパスタ。湯で時間が短いので、調理が楽だ。ソースは極シンプルなトマトのみが合う。チェリートマトをニンニクとオリーブオイルで煮たもの。冷製でも美味しい。
