Steak with hollandaise sauce

I happened to make hollandaise sauce.  This sauce goes well with eggs or asparagus but it was also great with simple steak.

「ステーキのホーランデーソース」ホーランデーソースは卵やアスパラガスと合わせるのもが一般的だが、沢山作っていたのでステーキにも合わせてみた。さっぱりとした赤身の肉にとてもよく合った。
