Salade de roquette au chevre chaud
I love the "salade chevre chaud" so I make them very often with varieties of toppings. This is made with dressing of wall nuts oil and bread crumbs.
「ヤギの温製サラダ」これはフレンチビストロ料理の定番では私は大好きなのでよく作る。トッピングやドレッシングも変えて楽しんでいる。今回はタンポポのサラダにクルミオイルとパン粉のヴィネグレットソース。
