Sanma to Kabosu

During my stay in Japan in September, I've traveled to few places and had wonderful dishes everywhere.  Yet Sanma in this season with dash of Kabosu citrus is really the most delicious dish ever.

「秋刀魚とかぼす」時季ものの組み合わせでこれ以上に美味しいものはない。生秋刀魚が大量に出ていてとても安くなっていた。滞在の間色んなものを食べたが、これ以上完璧な美味しさは無いと思った。
