Western restaurant in Kumamoto

The level of restaurant in Kumamoto is not high especially for western cooking from French to Italian.  We have extremely good ingredients like vegetables, fish and meat in the region but the level of restaurant is low... I guess that this is due to supply and demand.

Though I said the level it "low" but this is better than other Asian countries.. Hong Kong or Singapore.  Photos above are from my recommended places.

「熊本のレストラン」熊本の洋食（フレンチ、イタリアン）のレベルは非常に低い。田舎なので、需要と供給の関係の結果だとは思うが、フレンチに関してレストランやビストロと呼べるレベルの店はない。イタリアンに関して上記写真の２件はそこそこだろうか。県庁前のゲルマンハウスのランチはとても丁寧な洋食で美味しかった。
