Following my previous posts, I picked some main dish suggestions that I think they can be suitable for the Christmas dinner course.  I think "Roast Chicken" or "Roast duck" would be perfect choice but I don't have nice photos of those.  I added category of "Theme Dinner" on my blog. I hope it'll help composing your own course.
