Gyoza with sesame vinegar sauce



I made Gyoza with local egg wanton skin.  We usually make Gyoza with skin which doesn't contain eggs but I tried with it anyway.  As the result it was good as well.  I made dipping sauce with grated sesame as well.  The sauce is mix of vinegar and soya sauce.

「ワンタン皮餃子」ローカルスーパーにあるのは、前回作った上海皮とこの雲呑用の皮。上海皮よりこちらの方が普通の餃子の皮に近く美味しい。今回タネにはネギと干し椎茸を入れて和風にしたので、タレにはゴマ酢を作った。
