Pasta au cresson


This is made with boiled water cress with chicken stock.  Water cress is very high in vitamin and good for the health.  I think that the nutrition easily goes away once it's cooked but it's better than not taking it.  Then I thought that I could make this sauce without boiling the water cress, like pesto sauce.

「クレソンソースのパスタ」これは茹でたクレソンとチキンストックを合わせて作ったソースをペンネに合わせたもの。クレソンはビタミンなどの栄養素が高いらしい。おそらく 茹でた時点で栄養素は損なわれるだろうが、とらないよりよいだろう。書きながら思ったがこのソース、生のクレソンでもジェノバソースのようにできそうだ。
