Motsunabe Oishi

Motsunabe is the dish of Hakata which is a hot pot of beef tripe.  I've never had it before because we don't eat this in Kumamoto much.  It's also a cheap dish that everyone can enjoy with a small budget.  I went to one of the famous shops for the first time.

In my impression, the soup was very tasty but a bit too strong taste for me.  Beef tripe was very fresh and also very tasty.  I like it very much but I prefer a different type of hot pot dish.

「もつ鍋・おおいし」もつ鍋を食べた事がなかったので初挑戦してみた。博多には多くの店があるが、熊本ではもつ鍋はあまり食べない。１番有名な「やま中」はその日に電話してみたら一杯。ここも有名店でとても人が多かった。

私はあまりホルモン系のもの食べた事がないのだが、ここのモツはとても新鮮でプルプルでとても美味しかった。スープは味が濃く、若干ジャンクな味。美味しいのだが、モツしかないので、イマイチ食べた気がしない。肉が食べたい。
