I'm very glad to announce that I'm serving cakes for a tea room since last December! Afternoon tea is three layers of cakes, waffles and sandwich plats served with two full teapots of teas. I'm serving chocolate and cheesecakes on the first plat.
Chocolate cake is made with the notable luxurious French chocolate brand Valrhona. Cheesecake is lemony and very refreshing. t's absolutely delicious and I'm recommending it to everyone who lives in Kumamoto to have tea and taste my cakes!
「コッツウォルズ・ティールームのアフタヌーンティー」
１２月末から始まったアフタヌーンティーのケーキを私が担当して出しています。
ケーキはフランス高級ショコラブランド使用のガトーショコラとさっぱりレモン味のレアチーズケーキ。もちろん私の自信作です！
その他コッツウォルズのお料理はサンドイッチやワッフルも丁寧な手作りでとても美味しいです。紅茶は添加物無し、香料無しの本当に紅茶の通だけが分かる逸品揃いです。その紅茶が２ティポット付きます。一つはダージリンなどのピュアなもの、その次はミルクティーなどのバリエーションティーがオススメです。
大変お手数ですが、５日前までに予約が必要です。友達とご一緒にいかがですか？お腹一杯になるので遅めのランチとしてお越し下さい。お一人様３３００円です。ご予約はお店のサイトから。
