This small restaurant is our current favourite in our town. Their homemade charcuterie; pork products are excellent. They are less fatty and less salty and I love them. All the other french speciality is great too.
「シャキュトリー・シャーマン」上通りの大宝堂の裏にある小さなフランス料理のお店。最近のお気に入りだ。シャキュトリーとは豚製品の専門店。若い方がされているがフランスで修行されたのだと思う。料理が本格的だ。手作りのハムやパテ類は脂身や塩分が少なめで日本人向けでとても美味しい。ワインもお手頃価格を揃えてある。おすすめ！！
日本では素敵で小綺麗で美味しいお店でもお手軽価格でゆっくり静かに食事ができる。本当に素晴らしい。
