I was going to dry my salted Ume plum but I missed a good dry day this year. It has to be dried for a few days in order to make traditional Ume boshi.
「雲が多い日々」今年は梅を干す天気の良い日を逃してしまって、いつまでも塩漬けしたまま。赤紫蘇の揉み方が足りなくて色があまり付かなかった。私は紫蘇漬けせずにそのまま瓶に保存しておく。紫蘇は乾燥させて自家製ゆかりに。
