This is very simple low carb dish. I really like the small whole chicken in Singapore because it's tender and the price is reasonable. I believe that the chicken is much tender if the size is small. This is simple saute and served with lemon. I made pure of broccoli for the side dish.
「鶏ムネ肉のソテー」これは鶏を下ろして、塩胡椒しソテーしただけ。レモンをたっぷり搾って頂いた。鶏はサイズが小さいものの方が柔らかくて美味しいと思う。胸肉のさっぱりした食感に慣れると、もも肉より美味しく感じる。
